Capabilities
Capabilities and Specifications
Each service below lists the materials we work with, the size limits of our equipment, and the file formats we accept. If your job falls near the edge of these ranges, include the details in your request and we will confirm whether we can produce it.
Laser Engraving & Cutting
We operate two laser sources in a single enclosure: a high-power visible-light laser for cutting and deep engraving, and an infrared laser for permanent marking on bare metal. A 498 × 319 mm work area handles flat stock, and a rotary fixture holds tumblers, rings, and other cylindrical parts.
- Serial numbers, barcodes, and variable data across a production run
- Repeatable fixturing for consistent placement from batch to batch
- Vector and raster files accepted: SVG, DXF, PDF, AI, and high-resolution images
Limits The visible-light laser does not cut clear or transparent acrylic. Metal cutting is limited to stainless shim up to 0.1 mm thick; thicker metal can be marked but not cut, and we refer requests for cut metal parts to a shop that can produce them.
Laser Cutting
Depths shown are the maximum the visible-light laser cuts in a single pass, and thicker stock can be cut in multiple passes.

Rotary Engraving
Curved and cylindrical parts are held in a four-mode rotary fixture.
- Tumblers, mugs, bottles
- 25 – 100 mm dia.
- Rings & bands
- 11 – 70 mm dia.
- Irregular cylinders
- roller-driven
- Spheres & rounded stock

3D Printing
We print functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and replacement parts in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU. Parts measure up to 256 mm on each axis and can combine up to 4 colors or materials.
- Multiple colors or materials within a single part
- Reverse engineering from a sample, drawing, or photograph
- Print-ready file preparation, with STEP, STL, and 3MF files accepted
Limits Parts are built within a 256 × 256 × 256 mm volume. Larger parts are printed in sections and joined after printing, and the quote reflects that additional work.
Typical Applications
- Functional prototypes
- form & fit
- Jigs & assembly fixtures
- shop tooling
- Replacement parts
- obsolete & discontinued
- Short-run production
- no tooling cost
- Enclosures & housings
- UV-stable in ASA
- Flexible components
- TPU

Requirements Outside These Ranges
Describe the part, material, and quantity in a quote request. If the work falls outside our capabilities, we will tell you directly and, where possible, refer you to a shop that can produce it.
